From £2,200
1 The 2-day Facilitator Course certifies delivery in unlimited ReDD Workshops at your local organisation for one year (£1,250). Certification in delivery of the Crunch Time Workshop, as well as short talks, requires an additional day of training (£500 add-on). Annual re-certification is required, via our 3-hour online refresher course (£300 per facilitator, capped at £800 for all facilitators at an organisation).
Organisations benefit most by training at least two facilitators. This makes it easier to create community-wide impact and capture the power of cross-institutional thinking, by training facilitators from different fields (e.g., counselling, study skills, and IT services). It also makes workshop delivery more resilient (a single facilitator may get overwhelmed if they deliver a high level of activity on their own). For this reason, training an organisation's 2nd active facilitator (and beyond) is discounted by 50%.
2 For in-person workshops, we also charge for travel to and from Oxford, UK, or Copenhagen, Denmark.
